Jillian joins us just in time to help out with our World Premiere in Salem, Oregon. She is a fourth generation Japanese American who was raised in the Columbia River Gorge, close to Min’s hometown of Hood River. She graduated from Willamette University with degrees in business, media studies and ethnic studies. She currently does marketing at Providence Health & Services in Portland, Oregon and is an avid volunteer with the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO). Jillian is a member of the Minoru Yasui Tribute project, which presented his nomination to the White House for the Presidential Medal of Freedom and continues to support Minoru Yasui Day in Oregon.
