Distribution
There are two versions of the film, a 56-minute version and a 45-minute version. Both can be used in educational and community settings, and are available through the Japanese American Museum of Oregon (JAMO). We have mastered a DVD and provide an online package with scene selections and captions plus "extras" - mini-films that expand on themes based on interviews that didn't get into the film; primary source materials including legal and historical documents.
Educational and Community organizations: We have worked with educators on developing lesson plans and a Study Guide for classroom and discussion group use. A copy of the completed film has been given to the Auraria Archives in Denver; the Oregon Historical Society; the University of Oregon; the University of Utah; the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles and other educational institutions upon request.
